To achieve those objectives, requires a management education and/or good management. The existence of educational management is a necessity in order to improve the quality of education. With good management, effective, and efficient, it will encourage the creation of a quality education system. In management education, will set how educational planning, organizing, directing , and monitoring the educational process . So therefore, the educational process can be run with a focused, organized, supervised, evaluated at the same time, which in turn will be able to achieve those objectives. In Islam too, has set about education and management. Based on the sources of Islamic law, it can be found the concept and forms of education, and educational management. Through the Qur'an and hadith, can be assessed regarding education, and even management education. Being based on two sources of Islamic law, it can be found how should an education management, from planning, organizing, directing, and monitoring of education. So with that, applied management education that can run as the principles and teachings of Islam. And at the same time, the implementation of Islamic -based education management can facilitate the achievement of educational goals. Indeed, many verses of the Qur'an and hadith that talks about education and management. Among Surah Ar Ro'du 11, Surah An Naml, QS Al A'rof and others. In a hadith too much to mention about management and its functions. Hadiths are then drawn in the context of education management. Through the research literature, researchers find, collect, assess, and analyze the verses and hadiths about management education. So then can find a form of Islamic -based education management.
